Welcome to SolPet Haus. By accessing, browsing or using our website and eCommerce platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international laws or regulations, or infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if misuse is identified.
2. Products and Services
All products and services offered by SolPet Haus are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or limit the quantity of any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms.
SolPet Haus reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment must be completed in full before goods are dispatched.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
6.1 Change of Mind Returns (7 Days)
Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, at the discretion of SolPet Haus, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used, except where required under Australian Consumer Law:

Pet food, treats, chews and consumables

Personalised or customised items

6.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, you must notify SolPet Haus within 7 days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence (such as photos and original packaging).
Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined, except where the goods do not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund, as determined in accordance with ACL.
6.4 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at no cost prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and assessed under this policy.
7. Damaged Goods in Transit
If goods arrive damaged due to transit, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide photographic evidence and original packaging.
Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We deliver throughout Australia, including Tasmania. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
8.2 International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected destinations. International customers are solely responsible for compliance with local import laws, customs duties, taxes, quarantine requirements and any associated fees.
SolPet Haus is not liable for international shipments that are delayed, seized, rejected or returned by customs authorities.
8.3 Delivery Risk and Delays
SolPet Haus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.
9. Membership and Loyalty Program
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Loyalty points are promotional benefits only, have no monetary value, are non-transferable and do not constitute property or stored value. Points may expire or be adjusted in accordance with program rules.
SolPet Haus reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the membership program at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
Personal information may be stored or processed in Australia or overseas by trusted service providers. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure overseas recipients comply with applicable privacy standards.
11. Cookies
We use cookies to improve website functionality, analyse traffic and enable secure checkout. Disabling cookies may affect website performance or functionality.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SolPet Haus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of goods.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Amendments
SolPet Haus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on our website.
